I am new to SpiraTest  My project is about testing client PCs after Win10 has been installed, to see if all client applications are working. The debugging process is very dependent on information about the client PC: configuration but also the middleware and certificates and so on that is installed.     What options are there, to capture automatically these types of information along with the bug report? We do have an automated testing tool -  Rapise  - that works with SpiraTest that has access to the local environment...
