You would need to open up the IIS Management Studio and change the port for the IIS Web Site </title><description> &#xD;

You would need to open up the IIS Management Studio and change the port for the IIS Web Site that SpiraTest is running on to port 9000 from the default 80.  Then go to Administration &gt; Email Settings and change the Web Server URL to match.
