Hi, I have error WARNING: Failed to authenticate against LDAP server, please check configuration and try again. Settings have not been saved. I'm sure that settings to LDAP correct and no network problem here. Please advice the way how i will be able to understand the root cause of issue. For more help we'd recommend submitting a help desk request with a screenshot of your LDAP configuration screen. After configuration it is working, and some time after it just stops working.
