Inflectra Customer Forums: Would like information as to how other users are reporting on severity. (Thread) We would like to have the graphs on the reporting tab report on severity instead of priority. The way we use it is that the repo I'd prefer the general reporting to be on Severity as well. The way we use it is that the reporter reports on the severity (business and user impact), whilst the priority relates to the resolving of the issue.
