Hi Navisha  Unfortunately it's a web-based application and therefore doesn't have the ability to allow local working and synchronization.  We do offer the system hosted as an alternative, whereby it would be publicly accessible over HTTPS.  Otherwise you could use the MS-Excel Add-In to do some limited offline working. Have you seen that?
