Inflectra Customer Forums: What does 'Default workflow' really means? (Thread) I was confused couple of hours until I've found out what is going on... 1. Assume you got two different workflows: Default, Custom1. 2. Edit Workflows and set 'Default' as default workflow 3. Edit incident types and assign 'Custom1' workflow to the 'Bug' type 4. Raise a bug (of 'Bug' type) - it turned out the system uses 'Default' workflow! BUT, once you change type to something else and back to 'Bug', it correctly switches to 'Custom1' workflow now. It drove me crazy for quite a long time, as in previous SpiraTest version it worked as expected (used Custom1 workflow)...
