    I need to include the User Department information for incident's owners, because we have several development groups for thems, and we need to track where they are asigned. I don't understand what is meant by "display the Department field currently in the owner field on the various artifact list pages".  I added a value in the Department field on a specific user and do not see the department name next to their name in the list view or owner field. &#xD;
