What has gone wrong? Why can't I see the Spriatest Excel Add-in in the Option->Add-ins panel?
I've downloaded the SpiraTest MS-Office 2007/2010 Add-Ins for both x64 and x86, plus the SpiraTestPlanTeam Migration and Integration Guide.pdf. Ran the Installation for VisualStudioToolsOffice10.0_x64 which was successful. . Opened Excel using the Office 2007 template (*.xlsx). Opened the File->Options->Add-ins and the SpiraTest excel add-in is not displayed. Clicked Browse to find the folder where the VisualStudioToolsOffice10.0_x64 is downloaded to but the browser is empty unless I select All Files. Checked Control Panel->Programs and SpiraTest MS-Office 2007/2010 Add-Ins is not listed. Running Windows 7 Enterprise and MS Office 2010. Have .NET 4.5 and VSTO 10 installed. Have tried using both the x86 and x64 Spiratest add-ins with the same result - no Spiratest toolbar in excel.

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Cannot Import Tests - Excel Add-in not visible in Excel after successfully installing the MS Office 2007/2010-add-in

Hi I want to Import tests from Excel 2010 into Spiratest, but d espite successfully installing the SpiraTest MS-Office 2007/2010 Add-Ins, have wasted hours trying to work out why I cannot see any sign of the Spiratest Excel Add-In in excel when I open the SpiraImportTemplate.xlsx spreadsheet. Hi Pete It sounds like you have followed the correct steps, except for actually running the SpiraTest MS-Office Add-Ins MSI installation package itself. This is separate to the VSTO installer. If you did install both the VSTO and Add-In itself, can you please log a support help desk ticket and either paste in the contents of this forum post or just include a link to it. That way we can provide more personalized support. I followed the same steps as noted above and using the same office version and OS. Was there a resolution to this that you could post here? NOTE: I had this working with a previous 3.X version but for some reason I cannot get it installed since I upgraded to 4.0 (current patch level .12). Thanks
