Inflectra Customer Forums: Jira integration (Greenhoper) - Sprint field not synced (Thread) Hi, As we are working in a scrum environment , our jira tool is working with the greenhopper plugin which allows us to add sprints (user story can be linked to sprint via "sprint" field). Basically the "sprint" field in jira/greenhopper is a customized field with some id (marked as locked + "Sprint field for GreenHopper use only" notification). Currently I've mapped this "sprint" field with a custom spiratest "sprint" field (free text field + external key = corresponding jira key ). However when the sync is done , the user story is created in spiratest but sprint field is still empty. If that's not the case I'd recommend submitting a help desk ticket for a deeper investigation.
