Is it possible to send an email to all registered users directly from SpiraTest to advise them of scheduled or unscheduled outages? I don't really want to have to set up and maintain an Outlook distribution list to which I can then forward the notification from Inflectra. It would make much more sense to implement a splash screen that advises of any outages - this is what Salesforce do and that means that all users are kept up to date with the current status of the service but in the absence of that I'd at least like the capability to mail directly from SpiraTest. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi Julie We don't currently have a screen in SpiraTest that displays the outage information and right now the emails will be sent to just the account holder. You would need to setup a distribution list to send it to others. Thanks for the suggestion to add a splash screen, we have recorded it as a potential enhancement. Regards Jim

Thanks Jim - it would be good to know how quickly this could be delivered as a possible enhancement as the thought of having to create and maintain a distribution list is not entirely appealing given that we have almost 500 active users and growing - making people active/inactive regularly.
