The synchronization with JIRA generates the following exception:      General&#xD;

Hi Roland  It looks like you're using the JIRA 4.x plugin, I would switch to our newer JIRA 5.x+ plugin that uses the newer JIRA REST API (instead of SOAP) and if you still get issues, send a copy of the error message to  support@inflectra.com  (or use the help desk link above).  Regards  Jim &#xD;
