I've gone through the setup documentation several times now and still can't get incidents originated in SpiraTest to appear in the JIRA database. Bugs, Issues, etc. created in JIRA are replicated in SpiraTest as expected. I was guessing it was due to user restrictions, but I'm only using two users and I've granted them all rights in all projects in both systems now and still nothing. Are there other settings somewhere else I need to check?
