Hi,  I have spira and jira sync'ed.  One incident was raised - no issues.  The Jira was then moved project and as such had a different URL.  When this Jira was closed it did not sync back to the original incident     Therefore we see Jira as closed and Spira as open. Hi Alan  I'd suggest logging a help desk ticket if you need specific advice for your situation.  However in general, if you change the JIRA URL inside SpiraTest, the synchronization will handle any existing incidents. You may need to click 'Force Resync' to have it retry the old incidents...
