Inflectra Customer Forums: Jenkins plug-in connection failure over https (Thread) Hi, I am trying to setup the connection from Jenkins to SpiraTeam using the Jenkins plug-in, but it fails to connect. The SpiraTeam server is using SSL, so I enter the web address using https:// /SpiraTeam. The error reads: Error connecting to SpiraTeam: Error sending results to SpiraTest server (The server sent HTTP status code 403: Forbidden) So I get an access denied (403.4) error. Connecting to the SpiraTeam server directly with the username/password is not a problem. In the IIS failed request logs I notice that the requested URL is http:// The Jenkins server is on the same network/LAN, I installed the certificates used in the Jenkins Java keystore. Anyone have a suggestion what I need to do to be able to connect? en-US(C) Copyright 2006-2024 Inflectra Corporation.support@inflectra.com/Computers/Software/Project_Management//Computers/Software/Quality_Assurance/KronoDesksupport@inflectra.comhttp://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads120/Support/Forum/integrations/bug-trackers/1129.aspxthreadId=1129Yvette Kingma (ykingma@delftdi.com)Jenkins plug-in sslJenkins plug-in connection failure over https Hi, I am trying to setup the connection from Jenkins to SpiraTeam using the Jenkins plug-in, but it fails to connect. Our Jenkins plugin works fine over HTTPS which is why I am suggesting you take a look there. If that doesn't work, please log a help desk ticket with us. Could you please tell me where I should look for these proxy settinHi Jim, Thanks for your reply. Could you please tell me where I should look for these proxy settings? Or how I can confirm that this is the case? In Jenkins we do not have any proxy settings configured and on the SpiraTeam server we also do not have a proxy. This is as far as I know, because the firewalls and policies are setup by our IT department. Both servers are on the same LAN.
