I presume you are asking how to define custom properties? First you'd need a role with Project Admin permission. Then go to Administration -> Custom Properties -> Edit Custom Properties. There you'll see a list of the currently-defined properties for Requirements. You can use the Artifact Type dropdown to select a different artifact (Test Case, Incident, etc). To add a new property, click on Add Definition. Instead, what appears there is driven by artifact fields and custom properties defined at the project level. To add your own column, you need to: Go to Administration Projects Your Project Open Custom Properties Add a new custom property to the relevant artifact (e.g., Test Case, Test Set, etc.) Save and publish the changes Once created, that custom property will automatically appear in the Show/Hide Columns dropdown for that artifact list.
