Hi,

We have been using SpiraTest for some time now, to the point where we have almost created enough test steps to run out of ID references. Please can you advise what we do when this happens, and if SpiraTest automatically adds an additional number or if we need to perform some kind of manual update to change the way the references work (I.E Prefix with TCA00001) Many Thanks, Ben

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Run out of SpiraTest IDs

Hi Ben SpiraTest allows up to 2^32 IDs per artifact type. The 0 prefix is just there to make lists line up more easily when you have a small number of items... So you won't actually run out ;-) Regards Adam
