When running the SpiraTest / SpiraTeam / SpiraPlan integration with Microsoft Team Foundation Server on a 64-bit environment you may get errors in the Application Event Log due to the fact that SpiraTeam runs in 64-bit mode and TFS can only run in 32-bit mode.
To fix this issue, you just need to download the 32-bit version of the DataSyncService.exe file from our website:
www.inflectra.com/Downloads/DataSyncService_x86.zip
That will fix the issue.
