Reporting: Change History for Test Steps; for Test Set Contents?

Is there a way I can report on the following in SpiraTeam:

Changes to the Test Steps within a particular Test Case (where "Test Steps" would include both regular/native steps and "linked steps")?

I've tried the Test Case Detailed Report, with Artifact Change History and Test Steps - but that apparently only tracks change to the Test Case metadata, not the actual step contents.

Changes to the set of Test Cases contained within a particular Test Set

You'd need to query the TST_TEST_CASE, TST_TEST_STEP AND the appropriate HISTORY tables (the names changed between v3.1 and v3.0) to get this data, we don't have a report available.

Let us know which version you're using and we can send over the names of the appropriate history tables.

Thanks. If you can provide the appropriate history tables for v3.1, that would be appreciated!

Long term, it'd be a nice enhancement to get this kind of reporting baked into the tool itself (I imagine we're not your only "regulated" customers who need this info), but my initial requirements should be satisfied as long as we can access the info from the database.
