filters criteria ignore the folder...

when a filter criteria is set in the requirements list, the folder are ignored even if the filter would match

ex: criteria ID = "4711" show a hit only if the requirement having this ID is not a folder.

This is because we always include the parent requirements for child items that match the filter. Therefore a parent requirement that doesn't have children that match will not be included. This is a known limitation of the system that we will be addressing.
