customize the notifications subject belonging to transitions?

The not. events permit to customize different type of notification.

But we don 't see to customize the notification subject send on transitions

The resulting text is always (hardcoded?)

SpiraTeam | Incident #... changed status.

We would like to change this for instance to

{project} - IN Modified - {Name} ({ID})

Hi,

we would also like to have the subject line being part of the email templates. This is especially true, because there is an error in the German version.

It reads:

Dies Taskerfordert Ihre Aufmerksamkeit!

But it should read:

Diese Aufgabe erfordert Ihre Aufmerksamkeit!

So there is a space missing. "Diese Task" or "Dieser Task" (the German sex of the English word "task" is not completely clear) would also be possible, but "Dies Task" is defnitively wrong!

Currently, the notification subject lines ARE configurable. See Administration -> Notifications -> Notification Events. (This thread was started in 2011.)

If you are having trouble customizing the subject, could you please log a help desk ticket?
