Since yesterday one of users is no more able to login to spira using his LDAP managed account
that why we we disabled this option temporarely in order to be independant from our LDAP
now the user can connect himself, but then receives an error
"Unable to cast object of type "System.DBNull" to typ "System.String"
as workwaround we created a second non LDAP managed account, and disabled the first one.
Any idea?
So you disabled LDAP and have the user a password? When they logout and login again, what page displays that error. Could you email support a screenshot and/or send us a copy of the Application Event Log from the server?
