Using Excel Template for streamlined data entry (possible w/ params and linked tests?)

We're interesting in exploring whether we can streamline data-entry into ST by using the Excel template. Is it possible to:

1) Define parameters on the Test Case entity (e.g. a Type value we can use)?
2) Use a Called Action/Linked Test within a parent Test Case?
3) Set a parameter value on a Called Action/Linked Test?
4) Set a parameter value on a TC from the Test Set level

You can do 1-4 inside SpiraTest but not from the Excel sheet I'm afraid.
