email notification based on test case failure

How do I create a notification event that fires off an email when a test case executes and fails ??

You can setup an email alert to be sent whenever a test is executed (i.e. when its status changes), however you cannot currently limit it to just a test case failure, it would be sent on all statuses.

this is unfortunate. Can I ask that this be viewed as an enhancement request ??? In general, we'd like to see finer granularity on events that can generate email notifications.

It is already listed as an enhancement request, but it's not part of the next release I'm afraid.
