Timeout during importing tasks from Spira into Excel

Hi,

could you please advise where timeout can be set up for using Excel addin import/export function?

During import getting the following message:

Error During Import/Export

---------------------------

The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:01:00. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

The timeout value inside the Excel sheet importer cannot be changed currently, however it shouldn't be taking longer than a minute to get some data back. How many test cases are you importing into the Excel sheet? Does it work for small values? You might want to log a help desk ticket to get a faster response on this issue.
