Associating Test Run with Incident

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to associate a specific Test Run with an Incident in SpiraTeam?

For example, if an Incident was logged to address a specific issue, a Test Run may be logged against a Test Case to validate that the Incident has been resolved.

For tracking purposes, it would be useful to add an association in the Incident which links the Test Run.
