View Full Screen function

We really find useful the "View Full Screen" button on various artefact toolbars.

Would it be helpful to add it to the dialogs for RQs and TCs coverage and adding TCs to TXs?
i.e.

These smaller dialogs are fiddly to use, especially when the items you are looking for have similar titles.
