Adding/removing workflow steps

We would like to add an incident workflow step after "Assigned" called "In Progress" to indicate that the owner has reviewed and is working on the incident. I can see how to add a transition, but not a new step.

Hi Tammy

To add new steps, please go to the Administration > Incidents > Edit Statuses.
On this page you can add/update the incident statuses that are used as workflow steps in the workflow editor.
