Syncing Stories in Jira to Requirements in SpiraTest

I am getting all my bugs and features from Jira into the Incidents in SpiraTest but I can't seem to get the Stories from Jira over into Requirements of SpiraTest. I have confirmed the Jira ID several times. Is there something else you do for the Requirements section.

Hi Denise

You need to put the IDs of the JIRA issue types (comma-separated if more than one) that you want to synchronize as requirements (v.s. incidents) into the Custom 04 box in the JIRA plugin configuration screen in SpiraTest.
