Getting Invalid conenction SQL Server error during SpiraTest 4.2 installation

I've got SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2 Express and I'm trying to install SpiraTest 4.2 from scratch (Complete Installation).

I'm sure I've provided a correct server name during installation, but I'm getting this error [DBNETLIB] [ConnectionOpen (ParseConnectParams()).] Invalid connection

I checked SQL Server and SQL Browser services and they are running. I also tried with completely disabled firewall and it didn't help.

Help!
