Adding attachments to the Test Step

I having problem adding attachments to the Test Step. When I click on "Add New" a "Add New Document" window pops up for a brief second and disappears or sometimes when i click on "Add New" the "Loading..." window is spinning and not doing anything.

Can you please contact Inflecta support with this issue (using our help desk) and provide a screenshot of what's happening and also any error messages displayed in the Application Event Log on the server.
