Change port number of URL

How can I change the port number of the URL ?

Currently I'm jevaluating SpiraTest and I need to move the URL from http://localhost/SpiraTest to e.g. http://localhost:9000/SpiraTest

You would need to open up the IIS Management Studio and change the port for the IIS Web Site that SpiraTest is running on to port 9000 from the default 80.

Then go to Administration > Email Settings and change the Web Server URL to match. This is necessary so that email notifications have the correct URL in them.
