Can't start service after force re-sync

I get a trial SpiraTest, I encountered a problem that I can't re-start the DataSyncService after I force re-sync the data with Jira plugin. When I start the service, it always denote "The local machine SpiraTest Data Sync Service stoped after starting. Some services stoped automatic, if there is nothing to do such as 'performance log and warning service' ", can you give me some suggestion. I am trying re-start my server, but it still can't work.

Hi Suixian

Can you please open up the Windows Application Event Log on the server (Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer).

Click on Windows Logs > Application log. There is most likely an error in there that is preventing the service from starting.

Could you please submit a help desk ticket (https://www.inflectra.com/Support/Ticket/List.aspx) and include the error message(s). Someone from our support team will then be able to help you out.
