How to make 'newline' when populating custom properties in Excel?

The pre-defined fields handle HTML markups (thus I am able to use <br/> or <p></p>), but custom properties fields seem not to act the same way. I have also tried '/n' with no success - is there any way to do it in Excel?

The text custom properties in SpiraTest v3.2 are only plain text I'm afraid. However in v4.0 (released in beta already, final release on December 28th), you can specify a rich text custom property type as well.
