Inflectra Customer Forums: Unable to connect to server with excel 2007 add-in: content type mismatch (Thread) I installed the excel add-in and all prerequisites according to documentation. Downloaded and opened SpiraImportTemplate for excel. When I go to the add-in and connect I get the following message: "Unable to connect to Server. The error message was 'The content type text/html of the response message does not match the content type pf the binding (text.xml; charset=utf-8)." My browser access to spiratest works without issue. Please advise.
