Unable to integrate SpiraTest with Jira instance v5.2.6

Hello!
Unfortunately I was unable to integrate SpiraTest with our Jira instance.
Please take a look at the attached screenshot. Seems Spiratest cannot establish connection with our Jira Instance.

Tell me please where is the problem, what correct value for Connection Info field should be?

Problem was solved.

I had this error message in my Windows Application log:

Unable to authenticate with server to get list of data-synchronization plugins, please check the Login/Password in the DataSyncService.exe.config file and try again.

After reconfiguration status has changed to: Success

P.S. I would expected this error message below Data Synchronization UI (SpiraTest/Administration/DataSynchronization.aspx)
