Fault: Issues in 4.1.0.2 do not display 'Owner' or 'Detected By' correctly

The names in the dropdowns for 'Owner' and 'Detected By' in a issue is not displayed correctly. This is displayed as a grey box, but if the user hovers over one of the boxes a name is suggested.
