Inflectra Customer Forums: Cannot close an incident (Thread) Hi, I have spira and jira sync'ed. One incident was raised - no issues. The Jira was then moved project and as such had a different URL. When this Jira was closed it did not sync back to the original incident Therefore we see Jira as closed and Spira as open. Are you aware of this issue, also can I manually amend the incident to closed, as currently shows as in progress and i see no way to change this thanks alan en-US(C) Copyright 2006-2024 Inflectra Corporation.support@inflectra.com/Computers/Software/Project_Management//Computers/Software/Quality_Assurance/KronoDesksupport@inflectra.comhttp://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads120/Support/Forum/spiratest/issues-questions/961.aspxthreadId=961alan g (alan.gillborn@ubs.com)Cannot close an incident Hi, I have spira and jira sync'ed. H Hi Alan I'd suggest logging a help desk ticket if you need specific advice for your situation. However in general, if you change the JIRA URL inside SpiraTest, the synchronization will handle any existing incidents. You may need to click 'Force Resync' to have it retry the old incidents...
