This article describes the steps for importing data from an Excel spreadsheet into KronoDesk. You can use this to import help desk tickets and notes.
To export the test cases into KronoDesk you will need the following:
  1. The KronoDesk MS-Office AddIn. This can be downloaded from - this adds the KronoDesk toolbar into MS-Excel.

  2. The KronoDesk Excel template. This can also be downloaded from - this excel template describes the format that you need to use so that it knows which columns correspond to which KronoDesk fields.
