Fault Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Extends risk management in SpiraPlan & SpiraTeam to support FMEA
This SpiraApp extends the built-in risk functionality by supporting FMEA with a dedicated FMEA SpiraApp that calculates the Risk Priority Number (RPN) by multiplying together values for the risk's probability, impact, and detectability. It also provides a replacement "Top Open Risks" widget for the product home page and reporting home page that is ranked by and shows the RPN.

Requirement Multiple Approvals
Lets you create multiple approval or review tasks for requirements
This SpiraApp lets you create groups of customizable tasks against requirements to ensure multiple named users must approve a requirement before it can progress through the workflow. Product admins can create groups of tasks with a consistent description and name style, but with specific assigned users and types. Requirement users can create these task groups that link to the relevant requirement. Widgets on the product home page and My Page help users manage these approval tasks. Note that Tasks are not available in SpiraTest.

Lets you create preset groups of tasks and test cases for requirements and releases
This SpiraApp lets users quickly create preset tasks or tests cases for a specific requirement or release. In this way, users can with a single click create, for example, 8 preset development tasks against a requirement, or generate a handful of approval tasks for another requirement. Note that Tasks are not available in SpiraTest.
