Exception from HRESULT: 0x8001010A (RPC_E_SERVERCALL_RETRYLATER)

Hello,

 

I'm using Spira RemoteLaunch tool to run automation test cases written on Python language. TestComplete 12/TestExecution12 are selected as automation engine in SpiraTeam tool. 

 

Every time I try to run automation test cases, I get "Blocked" test execution status. Result details section show information presented below:

The message filter indicated that the application is busy. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8001010A (RPC_E_SERVERCALL_RETRYLATER))

 Is there any way to fix the issue?
