Problem to connect with SpiraTest server

I am currently evaluating the launch of an automated test from your demo server I installed RemoteLaunch on my computer. In the "Client Setup" tab, I entered the URL of your server, login and administrator password but when I click the Test button, I get an error message "Unable to connect server. There is no endpoint listening on

Why ?

I have checked the URL and it works for us. It may be that you are connecting to the Internet with a proxy server that your web browser is using, but that RemoteLaunch is not aware of.

Can you check that?

Indeed, there is a firewall. This is probably why it does not work.
