In general Rapise installs on disconnected PC without problems. However, if PC contains old version of windows without most recent root certificates then installer may fail due to inability to check application authenticode certificate. This topic explains a workaround.

First recommendation is to always try default setup package (Rapise_<version>.exe). However, if it fails then there is a workaround.

You need to install prerequisite packages attached to this topic:

  1. vcredist8_x86.exe
  2. vcredist9_x86.exe
  3. vcredist10_x86.exe
  4. AccessDatabaseEngine_x64.exe
  5. AccessDatabaseEngine.exe
  6. Then you need to request Inflectra an unsigned version of setup package. We will send you Unsigned_Rapise_<version>.msi. Just launch this package and follow the installation wizard.
