Synchronisation SpiraTest-Jira due to not well-formed XML

Hi,

we have installed Jira (V5.2) and SpiraTest (V3.2); I know - both tools should be upgraded, but that's not that problem now.

When detecting an error the User creates an incident in SpiraTest; due to the data synchronisation a jira-bug will be created.

BUT: Sometimes the data synchronisation fails; if I have a log at the event log, there's a message like this:

Index              : 839752

Hi Christian

I would recommend upgrading to SpiraTest 5.0 and the newer JIRA 5.0+ plugin that uses the newer JIRA REST API.

Regards

Adam
