KronoDesk priority colors

I do not see a colored background for the ticket priority field in the ticket list, but I have no idea how I can fix this.
When I look in the template CSS file, I see that there are lines for the generic status/prioity colors, but somehow they do not link to the statuses in the application.

/* Generic status/priority colors */

    background-color: #f47457;

    background-color: #f29e56;

    background-color: #f5d857;

    background-color: #f4f356;

Furthermore, there is the ability to add a new status or change the names etc.
How can I link these to a colored background?

Help would be appreciated.

Hi Yvette

Currently only the default priorities in KronoDesk support color shading. If you add custom priorities they will remain with an standard background.

Thanks for your quick response.

I understand that it only applies to the default priorities, but they are removed as soon as you remove the sample data. (From the manual: Ticket Statuses, Priorities, Resolutions, and Types: All these will be removed, unless any are used in tickets that were created after installation.)
That would mean that there are no default priorities, except within the sample data?

After I removed the sample data, because we don't want this in our production version, I then recreated the "default" priorities:
1 - Critical
2 - High
3 - Medium
4 - Low

The only difference is that they have new Priority ID, so I'm guessing that the colored backgrounds are linked to the Priority ID's. Right?
Anyway, too bad that it's not possible. Perhaps worth mentioning in the manual though. (In fact, I would have been happy if that data would have stayed upon sample data removal.)
