Hi Inflectra Team,

Could you please confirm a couple of questions:

1. How do we do reporting, similar to the reporting options in SpiraTest?
2. Is there a way to customise the Email templates for 'On Ticket Creation' etc? at the moment there's only options for new user notification, forgotten password etc.

Hi Paul

In the current version of KronoDesk (v1.0) there is no reporting module and the email templates are not customizable.

However in our next release (v1.1) we shall have both a Reports module (similar to that in SpiraTeam) and an email templating system (also similar to SpiraTeam).

Do you have an ETA on when 1.1 is expected to come out?
Also, i'm experiencing a couple of bugs when i'm trying to administer/configure custom fields.
