It is referring the ability to "learn" objects and "relearn" them when an application is refactored (in line with agile principles) so that your test scripts are not hardwired into the physical names and locations of controls on the screen (unlike many older technologies such as RFT, TestComplete and QTP). As a result you can keep your test script intact when the application changes and just update the object mappings.

Thanks for the details shared.

How about the product SpiraPlan? How does this help for Agile Projects?

SpiraPlan is designed to manage your agile requirements (user stories), iterations (sprints), tasks and defects. I'd take a look at for more details.
