A test case was executed to say passed or N/A.
The same test case status needs to be reverted back to No Run status - like a fresh run again.
What do you do in thia case? Please advise.
Use the Edit > Block Test Cases to mark it as Blocked
Use the Edit > Unblock Test Cases to return it to Not Run
