Requirements Export - Any Elegant Solutions?

Our requirements contain a large number of tables. When exporting to MS Word format, we end up having to do a large amount of formatting in order to make the document human readable/less clunky. The reformatting step can take a lot of time.

Has anyone else encountered this and found an easier way to export requirements to Word without doing a lot of reformatting?

One option would be to use the HTML format of the report and then open up a blank MS-Word document and paste in the contents. That can sometimes work better.... Have you tried that?
