Copying user profiles

Hi, is there any way I can copy one users profile and assign their permissions to another user?
E.g. if a new user joins and requests project permissions equivalent to an existing user, I have to create her/his permissions manually.

If I could copy an existing user profile that would be great.

Several users have mentioned this to me, could we get this feature in a future release? Sincerely, Ruth

I'm not sure I understand your request. Can you clarify? Are you referring to the project membership and roles?

I am referring to a users project memberships and roles in each project.

Can their project and role profile be copied and assigned to another user without having to go in manually and create a new project and role profile??
