Limited View setting for specific role

We are using SpiraTeam for bug tracking and there is some issue related with 'Limited View'.It is stated that limited view specifies whether this role has limited view permissions. Use this for roles that should only let a user see their own created/assigned items and nothing else in the project.
1. Login as administrator->enter administration->enter 'View/Edit Roles'->choose one role vendorDeveloper which is created for third party developer->set their 'Limited View' as yes->set one project member as vendorDeveloper
2. Using the specific member account to login, but can see nothing issue, but he has assigned issues which can be seen before set as vendorDeveloper.

Can you please advise what problem is and how should we get fix?

Hi Irene,

The definition of "Limited View" is that those users cannot see list pages at all. They can access their assigned items from their "My Page". Make sure you look on the "My Page".

If that doesn't help, please log a Help Desk ticket, and describe the problem in detail with screenshots.
